In the spotlight: South Africa qualifies for first World Cup since hosting in 2010

It was all celebration last night as South Africa qualifies for their first Fifa World Cup since their last host in 2010.

These 9 countries from Africa will be representing the continent in the forthcoming Fifa football tournament scheduled for co-hosting among America, Canada and Mexico:

Ghana,
Tunisia,
Algeria,
Ivory Coast,
Morocco,
Cape Verde,
South Africa,
Senegal, and
Egypt.

Cameroon, DR Congo, Gabon, and Nigeria still have JAMB examination to write to be part of 23rd edition of the FIFA World Cup stated for 2026. 

This examination will see these four countries fight their spot as the FIFA rounds off qualification's series in Africa.
